Can i backup my PC via Ethernet using Time Capsule

I have a Macbook pro that I backup wirelessly using timemachine. I connect my PC via the ethernet port and was wondering if there was a way to access the files or share them between the computers.

You cannot access Time Machine backups from windows.

You can copy files to the TC from the Mac or windows and it is then available to either OS.

Mount the disk in windows or Mac.. it is not specific to the TC, but the same thing applies.
