If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Mar 6, 2014 2:33 AM in response to sesawby Mywilly99,I stArted noticing charges that I didn't authorize my self... It all added up close $100 .. Apple says they didn't charge the outrageous amounts really didn't answer or my money
