i am not able to change my apple id password, why?

I cannot change my apple id password while according to this link http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624 in option 4 it says

Click "Password and Security".
In the "Choose a new password" section, click Change Password

but it is not giving me"choose a new password" section biside this it says that " Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to i•••••@hotmail.com but i dont know this id which is starting from i but i did click on this once... so what should i do ? along with this i have a hotmail account in which this apple id is associated so when i click on forgot password on manage your apple id then and select Email authentication then it send a mail to hotmail account and when i click on rest my password then new tab open which says "web page is not avaible. and that new tab link is like

please any help ...!! will be highly appreciated..

Don't show the link. I could just reset your password. Watch out!

I've asked the Hosts to remove the link. Never post personal details in an open forum.

If you can't get the automated process to work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'.
