Mac app for using Magic Mouse as Remote

I'm looking for a Mac app that transform my Magic Mouse in a remote for the Mac.

Something that

1) disable the movements of the mouse

2) allows to configure the behavior of the buttons and of the touch area

Anyone know an app like this?

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
