If it is your username contact Apple for help with your memory.
If it is not contact person who's it is.

Nope its not my username.. Simply I cant remember the email(dummy account) I put when I activated my phone.. Didnt know 1st it was important.. Just after I update it, it wont activate cause it says it was link to that account.. Any other suggestions?.

Yes, stress your memory the price that you paid depends on it, dummy account or not.
