Is the "play all frames" option honored when a file is exported to AVI
I have QuickTime Pro 7.7.5. I'm wondering if the 'play all frames' option is honored when a video is exported to AVI, or only when it is played back?
Or, when exporting to AVI, is it the case that QT Pro never skips frames, but simply outputs every frame in the MOV file?
Thanks!
