Please someone help me on this to use my iphone smoothly.

Nobody here can help you and if you are having problems with an app - contact the app store directly or the makers of the app, but there is NO Apple Team here on a public user forurm, that you were informed about when you accepted the terms and conditions to sign up to this forum in the first place.
Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. If the issue persists, contact the app developer for support.
@ TJBUSMC1973 Thank you ! and my iphone 5s is getting warm when i play games or watching movies and battery is really wrost. Is their any powersave mode in iPhone 5s or is their anyway that i can save battery life and avoid warming.
Hi Apple Team i have downloaded Asphalt 8 which is 1.0 gb it working fine, but when i am closing the App it’s not getting closed its getting hanged and becoming blank and getting restarted. Every time it’s happening. i have my iPhone 5s silver
