customizable subject email alerts

I have a new iPhone 5c. I get lots of emails so the notification thing is going off a lot. I can figure out how to turn off email notifications completely but what I would really like to do is to make it so that when I get email from a few specific subjects I get a notiication but otherwise not. Can that be done?. Is there a third party app?.

currently i am using the traditional apple email and since no third party email apps are allowed. This would be a great help to me.I have searched all forums and couldn't find an answer.
