i've just installed iOS 7.0.6 on my iPhone 4 and iTunes won't recognize it anymore, i keep having the 0xE8000003 error whenever i plug my device ... please help it started to get in my nerves

You went through all of those steps? Even trying on another computer?
i tried the 0xE800000a steps ( creating a new account and stuff in windows ) but it didn't work ... so please if there's any solution let me know
Once again, have you tried with another computer, which is one of the steps listed?
I came across this post while trying to troubleshoot this error myself.
This was a really stupid fix for me - I expected more from Apple but it may help others.
In the course of building a new computer (PC), I connected my phone, drivers loaded, iTunes opened and I received a message to follow the instructions on my phone. Problem was the nothing happened - phone didn't wake up, nothing on screen not even a flash. Then I received the cryptic message & started my research
WELL...had I just clicked my phone to wake it, I would have seem the "trust this computer" message...What A DUH! moment. Click yes & voila...iTunes now recognizes my phone!
I know this is old but just had the problem and fixed it in the new iTunes the problem was the
C:\ProgramData\Apple folder has something wrong with it I renamed it and rebooted the file was made again and I could connect to the iphone that was giving me the 0xE8000003 error, so now trying to add the files agin to see which is corrupted
any fix for 0xE8000003 error ??
