My iphone screen has a fader blue dot big as the home button on the screen how do i fix it? Its Brand new

I got a new iphone today because it was maaking a clicking noise so i got a new one. when i came home and had put on a screen protector i turned it on and notiser that it had a faded blue dot big as the home button some inches over the home button on the iphone, its really annoying when its on a white page.
