i can't find my photos on my iCloud

My phone just went completely dead for few days now. 😟😟😢

i have accessed my icloud through my computer and my contact information is all up to date. However, i cant get access my pictures from my icloud account.

what can i do in order to access my pictures through my icloud account?😕😕😕
