thank for prompt reply sir..

i had read in forum.. can i update my network carrier from 3G to 4G LTE.. now i using celcom network carrier in malaysia.. cause my ipad model had support 4G LTE.. hope anybody in here can help me.. tq

You will have to contact your carrier to see if/when they plan to have 4g/LTE.

Talk to some other carriers as well if you are not locked to your carrier.

From what I can determine, the models you list are the 3rd-generation iPad which does not support LTE anywhere but in the US and Canada. They will not work via LTE anywhere else.
