http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error9
This error occurs when the device unexpectedly loses its USB connection with iTunes. This can occur if you manually disconnect the device during the restore process. You can resolve this issue by using USB troubleshooting, using a different Dock Connector or Lightning Connector to USB cable, trying another USB port, restoring on another computer, or by eliminating conflicts from third-party security software.

These errors are typically resolved by performing one or more of the steps listed below:
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error2001
If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore. If you're using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue persists, it may be related to conflicting security software. If the errors persist on another computer and known-good USB cable, the device may need service.
Hope I helped. 🙂
Donnie.

Have you tried reinstalling itunes?
Try this:
Check USB connections
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
Common errors: 13, 14, 1600-1629, 1643-1650, 2000-2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response”, and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
If nothing helps, I believe your phone may have malfunctioned in some way, your logic board could be faulty.
So take your phone to an apple store, or an authorised apple repair shop, and they will fix the phone for you.
Hope I helped . 🙂
It's physically damaged. Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store or at whoever provides service in your country and get it replaced.

It doesn't matter. Apple does not sell iPhone parts. The iPhone is not user servicable.
I dont know, neither can you know for sure. All I'm sure is that your motherboard or chargin port has malfunctioned. Take your phone to an apple store or an authorized repair shop, there is no other way anyone on this forum can help you, since none of the troubleshooting I've sent you above doesnt work.
I'm sorry I could not help, but do as I've told you, take your phone to an apple store, or an apple authorized repair shop.
Cheers 😉
thank you from the great Russia))))
I will do as you said) thank you)
You are welcome my friend 🙂 Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina 🙂
