I can hear music and audio from videos, but no ringtone. I have a ringtone set (and can hear the different options) but does not ring when called. I am not in airplane mode, and volume level is up.

I can hear music from itunes, and audio from youtube, but no ringtone. I have a ringtone selected, the volume is up, and airplane mode is off, yet it only vibrates. I'm missing calls because I have no ringtone.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6

Hello Al,

Thank you for the question. It sounds like there is no sound with an incoming phone call. Have you checked to see if Do Not Disturb was accidentally enabled? You will see a "moon" icon in the status bar if it is enabled.

You can disable Do Not Disturb in Settings > Do Not Disturb or in the Control Center as described in the following articles:
