purchased item not downloaded

Hi I recently purchased the Frozen HD movie and extras. they were two seperate downloads however the extras repeatedly said error and did not download. How can I get this that I purchased?

I would be eager to download and watch to the extras as well. I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading this purchase.


First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in this article:

If the extras do not download after following the steps in that article, I recommend trying to download the extras from your list of past purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the movie, you will not be charged again. You can find the steps to do this in the section titled "Download previous purchases on Mac or PC " in the following article:
