apps will not update

I've tred everything i have found with re signing in to store, re starting ipad, trying to update on home computer, resetting network settings [ with no such pass code], if there was a problem with my router my tv would not connect. Now what??? Is there a resolve?? Please o Please help. My wifs game is going to close if we cannot fix. Come on Apple wass up????
