Need SERIOUS help for iphone 4s stuck in factory reset and restore!!

Literally I have had a useless brick of a phone since March 1st, while I was just scrolling through my Facebook app my phone shut down (which hasn't been all that unusual lately but definitely not frequent) so I plugged it into the charger and saw the apple logo light up after a couple of minutes like maybe it was dead even though I know it wasn't. It lit up for a few seconds and then went black again. As soon as I took it off the charger it would go black. I plugged it into my dads laptop to check if it was my cord and it turned on completely to my lock screen and the battery said 100%, but as soon as I took it off the charger it went black again and has never turned on since then.

Obviously I went and factory reset it on itunes, but now it won't restore it. It will sometimes connect to itunes right away, and other times it won't recognize it for hours no matter what. It stays lit up with the connect to itunes screen while it is plugged in, which it turns on right away when connected. Restore goes fine until "Waiting for Iphone" step, it gets stuck here and cites Errors 21, 4005, and very rarely 11. I think the problem is that it like disconnects itself during this step, I can hear the little sound it makes when it disconnects and reconnects.

I seriously have run out of options and I have done EVERYTHING listed anywhere on the internet pertaining to itunes restore errors. I have an HP running Windows 8 btw. Newest Itunes, and the newest update is what is attempting to be uploaded to my phone. Sorry this is so long I really do need someones help. There is no Apple store around me whatsover and I don't have another phone to call Apple.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.6
