When I go to settings in the ABC or Disney apps and choose my provider as Verizon FIOS, nothing happens. I have restated and reset but I am still unable to use these on my Apple TV. Is my Apple TV? I have third gen.

I have the exact same problem. Same everything. There's got to be a solution.
I am unable to do the same. Has anyone been able to resolve this problem? I even elevated the restrictions with no resolutions to the problems.
