disabled iphone and attempting to restore. itunes error code 3194 can not restore

i phone is disabled. tried to restore using itunes. holding down the two buttons. connecting to itunes and trying restore. itunes comes back with 3194 error.

help

Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11.1.5) Installed on your computer

iTunes free download from www.itunes.com/download

Possible causes

You are trying to install a version other than 7.0.6
Your antivirus or firewall is blocking access to gs.apple.com
Your phone is jailbroken
Your computer was used to jailbreak or hack som other iDevice in the past
