My Apple TV device does't turn on. Any idea what to do?

Try a restore via iTunes

Well, I'm sure you've already done this but just double check to make sure it's plugged in and that other devices plugged into the same outlet are working. Given that the ATV is getting power, I would have to agree with vazandrew.
