Having an issue- when I power on all I have is a white screen with a flashing folder with a question mark in it... Thoughts? Have tried letting power die and turning back on... Same screen

Thanks everyone- turns out it was my hard drive needed to be replaced..and I lost everythng on it...lesson learned (no backup other than icloud) 😟
