I am trying to delete apps on my iPad.
Hi I hold down the app until they all jiggle, but no red X appears on any of them. What am I doing wrong?

If the apps are the bundled ones that came on your device they cannot be deleted.
If they're not those, then see if restrictions have been enabled to prevent deleting
settings
general
restrictions
enter the restrictions passcode
and see if deleting apps has been turned off
