Is Apple tv ready to play 3D movies?
I want to play 3D movies on my smart tv. Is Apple tv ready for this use?

There is no 3D content in iTunes, so whether it is ready or not is a bit irrelevant.

Yes it can play 3d movies. They have to be in SBS (Side By Side) 3D format.
not everyone brings content in from just iTunes so i beg to differ that this is relevant.
