how to disable mirroring airplay on iphone 4 with ios 7 to enable HDMI signal without apple TV ?

Hello everybody,

today i bought an apple AV/HDMI adaptator for iphone 4 to stream on my smart TV.

when i connect it, i only have the sound and no image.

I search fix and learn that it's a bug due to airplay mirroring in ios 7, lot of people have the same problem and apple said that they'll work on an issue. It was in october 2013. Apple advise to disable airplay mirroring, but i have no airplay button in control center, and i have no apple TV to active it (and even if i have one i'm not sure that active it because airplay seams to be only after iphone 4S ...)

So i ask you this question : how can i stream my iphone 4 on my TV with my AV/HDMI adaptator ?
