My proximity sensor does not work. Need a solution.

Hello, this is saiful from bd. I need your help regarding proximity sensor, during call time my phone display always on. I can not speak properly sometime loud speker on sometime on mute option when it touch with my ear & face.basically it's display active during call time. I really need a solution either this is hard wear problem or is there any option in my hand set to solve it. Please advise..Thanks

Ar eyou using a case or clear screen protector that may be interferring? If not, you can also try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.

Try again to see if the problem persists.
