How can you buy or download keynote for ios6.1.3 used on an iphone4.

With all the problems with ios7 on earlier iphone models, I have not updated past ios6.1.3.

In the App Store I can't download the latest version of Keynote because it only works with ios7.0 or later.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

If not offered when you go to the App store, using your phone, you can't.
