Have a problem: I need to export my presentation to show it on PC. Chose QickTime, but I need to control slides during the presentation. And the only opportunity to export is video file. And I need to click from slide to slide. How can I do that?

Keynote 6.1 can only export a QuickTime file that is self playing with preset slide durations.
The previous version 5.3, could export QuickTime with manual advance, if you have it installed, or willing to buy iWorks on Ebay, you could create the presentation in that version.
That was a very confusing feature of the old keynote, as anything that plays .mov files other than Keynote just zipped through the slides as though they were each as single frame of a very short video. Frankly, I'm glad it was removed.

Previous versions of Keynote had an export to Quicktime with Manual Advance, where the viewer could advance through the slideshow by clicking the mouse or Space bar on the keyboard.
If this did not work for you there was an issue with your system as this worked correctly for most users.
Sorry, I said Keynote, but I meant Quicktime. If you tried to open the .mov in any video player other than Quicktime, it behaved very strangely. This messes up anybody who (like me) uses a different video player than Quicktime.
Absolutely, manual advance is specifically designed for playback in QuickTime Player as the interactive features are only available in QuickTime Player, but you would not choose manual advance if you were not prepared to use QuickTime Player.
Right, and that's a problem if you're not in control of the playback environment, which is often the case. It's confusing when people see a .mov file and treat it like a video. That's all I'm saying.
