iTunes keeps crashing on my desktop since 11+ and iOS 7 were installed

So I did the searches, I tried placing the QT movie in the other x386 folder and adding the path environmental variable and still no change.

I have added Evernote, Slideshark on my iDevices and on my desktop an application called Reflector. But iTunes became twitchy once I installed iOS 7. Additionally I can not update iTunes either, the file will download and then crash at the end so I'm stuck with the current version of iTunes which is 11.4 something (again, I can't get into it to see what it is anymore).

I'm VERY frustrated at this point, why did I ever bother to "upgrade" as since then there's been nothing but trouble...

I ended up following the complete uninstallation directions, taking ownership of the subdirectories and manually killing them all, etc. I then reinstalled iTunes, now at 11.1.5.5 x64.

NOTE: The first iTunes download link sent me to the 32 bit version and not 64 which is what I needed; that needlessly wasted 40 minutes of download time so be sure to search specifically for the version you'll need.

I'm now restoring and backing up my devices and I will "attempt" to reinstall Evernote and see if it works, then the next app, etc., etc. So for me only a complete reinstallation worked to recover.

Good luck!
