I've lost my ID Apple

I've lost my ID Apple. I think that it was hacked because I get email with information of updated ID apple (name id and emails). Then I tried sign in my account, but it's not useful. And I reset password or find my ID, but I can't (it always show that "ID apple not find" or "ID apple and password incorrect".

Please help me get my id apple!
