Macbook Pro Late 2009 not charging

I have a MBP 13" Late 2009 which no longer charges the battery. The magsafe connector always lights up green regardless of the battery level, when its connected the battery icon on the taskbar shows the charging icon but does not charge the battery, same results from 2 differnet chargers.

Ive tried the battery from my late 2011 MBP 13" in it which gives the same results. The battery from the 2009 MBP charges in the 2011 MBP, both magsafe chargers work perfectly with the 2011 MBP. Both battery cycles are aound 800. Ive replaced the magsafe board from another working MBP which has made no change to the problem.

Cant think of anything else other than a faulty logic board?

Has anyone else stuck this kind of issue?
