Q: Should I worry about not being able to get Mavericks?
I use an iMac from mid-2011. When I try just to get Mavericks however, I can't. After I enter the data from my VISA card* [Please see below], I see this: "Your request is Temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later." Later & later & later & later & later become more-like Never! [:-( I am Not happy.]
Here, I tell you something Interesting, please. Many times the records from my VISA card show a transaction with APL*APPLE ITUNES STORE of $0.
My records show 6 sales of $0 on 27 Feb, 5 sales of $0 on 28 Feb, 2 sales of $0 on 1 Mar, 5 sales of $0 on 3 Mar, 4 sales of $0 on 4 Mar, 4 sales of $0 on 5 Mar _&_ 1 sale of $0 today, 7 Mar.
So I get "charged" to download Mavericks, but I never-do "get" it.
Still NO Mavericks. Maybe a Power Higher-up says, "You don't need Mavericks right-now. Every major, new release of software has Bugs. Stay with Mac OS X v10.8.5. Wait until Apple releases Mavericks 2."
* I've entered my VISA card so many-times that I know its data by-heart. Please don't worry, as-if you would: I pull it out each time to make sure! :-)
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), 2.5 GHz Intel Core I5 P. & 4 GB M.
