When I connect my iPhone it says "unable to load data class information from Sync services. Reconnect or try again later." And then proceeds to try to sync my phone and my whole computer freezes. My phone and itunes are both up to date.
I even followed the instructions on Apple support page to get rid of the "unable to load data class Info." But it is still popping up and freezing. I even restored my phone and completely uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and it is still giving me the same notification and freezing. PLEASE HELP.
