Full Backup My iPhone 4 on Internet

Hello everyone.

I'd really like to know if I can have a full backup of my iphone 4 on the internet. it is very important for me to back up all my notes and all my voice memos, even those I created before I had iCloud.

How can I do it?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

I know iCloud. I can't see Voice Memos when I enter iCloud on my PC, neither all the notes I wrote before I had iOS 6.1.3 & iCloud.
