restore error:4014

I recently updated my iPad 4th Gen Wi-Fi and had to restore it only it won't allow me to fully restore. I get this error code: 4014. Why did this happen after updating my iPad to the newest OS? Please help, I live on Guam and there isn't an Apple Store on island to walk into and receive tech support. Thanks!
