Lay off the enhancements and come back down to earth.

As for the pictures, copy them from the device to the computer as would be done with any digital camera.

Why will it not let you?  What happens when you try?

Keep in mind that only pictures from the Camera Roll can be copied off the device.

they are on the camera roll.  the popup window opens with options on how to transfer. After I choose option to transfer, it tells me to check make sure connected properly. If i try to transfer with picture-it it says no pictures are there.

I click microsoft wizard like always have, and another window pops up telling me it doesnt detect camera or scanner please make sure device is turned on properly.

Also when i go in throught my computer and double click digital still camera there are no folder.

That's a computer issue, not an iPhone issue.

    Open Windows Explorer.

Navigate to the phone and the appropriate folder.

Copy the pictures to the folder on the computer desired.

I had the same problem with my PC not recognizing my iPhone 5S and searched in the Windows forum, all I had to do was unplug my iPhone (it was unlocked but that didn't help) and plug it back into my computer! I also switched the USB port I used (I have several on my laptop). You should be able to find your phone after that.

And for those of you that are on Windows 8.1, "Computer" is now called "My PC" - Apple needs to add this change to their article for 8.1!

I checked, I dont agree its my desktop, the same day i transferred info from old phone to new. I was able to transferred pictures to desktop before switching

to 5c. After I tranferred my 3gs info to  5c with icloud I could not longer transfer photos.
