In a lot of my apps the images or icons are not loading properly and appear distorted and reloading doesn't help, I have an iPad 3 64 gb version with wifi and 3G it is less than a year old and has never been dropped, it isn't refurbished either, I have not gone to a apple store with this problem yet. I'm on iOS 7.0.4.This problem is seen a lot while browsing the internet and on several apps too.
What do you think it might be ?

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Already tried that
Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.
