what kind of airport extreme should I install?

I just recently bought a 2009 Mac Pro, which doesnt have any airport extreme installed, I looked up on ebay, and found this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200924927713?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1 423.l2649

It says 2006 on it, so my question is, will this be the best airport card I could install? And also, maybe someone has link or something else where I could find instructions about connecting cables to this card (theoretically I understand how to install it, only thing what bothers me is that there are 3 cables I should connect and I think there are only 2 connectors on card). Thank you!
