where would my Network Key be?
would it be on my Apple Airport or on my internet provider device?

The network key would be on your AirPort base station. To access it you would need to use the AirPort Utility for Windows, as follows:
- Run the AirPort Utility.
- Select the AirPort base station, and then, select Manual Setup.
- From the utility's menu bar, select Base Station, and then, select Equivalent Network Password.
- The network key would be listed under WPA Pre-Shared Key.
