hello, when i want to create and validate my appleID, i can not find my country (Morocco), thus, i can not enter my credit card information, how can i create it?

There isn't an iTunes Store in Morocco so it won't show as an option - until if/when Apple open one there (we are fellow users, we won't know if/when that might happen) you won't be able to have an iTunes account and buy/download iTunes content (you can't use another country's store, part of the store's terms is that you have to be in a country to use its store)
