It's a scam. Ignore it.

John I knows it's a scam but how do I stop it popping up
Clear the History and Cookies on your iPad. Settings > Safari
Deggie I have tried that several times but the pop up keeps coming back
Is this message always appearing on the same site? Or all sites?
All sites
Under Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data is another entry for Advanced.
Tap that, then Website Data > Remove All Website Data. Try that.
Then, go back to General and Block Pop-ups.
John no joy got another warning screen stating the bowser will not continue as it is not safe
Have you tried using it with a different WiFi hotspot?
No all on my home network, can the router be infected some how as I get the same message on both iPads phones and widows PC
That is what it sounds like to me. Reset your router.
Can you post a screenshot of the popup and warnings? Take a screenshot by pressing both the Sleep / Wake and Home buttons simultaneously. It will appear in Photos. Email it to yourself or find some other way to get it on a computer, from which you can attach a screenshot using the "camera" icon. Unfortunately that icon doesn't appear when you're using this site on an iPad.
Alternately, post it to some photo sharing site and post the link to it.
