Q: Hi   i am looking for some help with a new iphone 5s  whis has locked the screed  due to  the wrong pin number being inserted,  It keeps asking me to go to iphone account, But when i do that  the iphone account says it cant  do anithying  untill i enter

0xE8000084  hi above  error code  is preventing me connecting my iphone 5s to itunes ??  any help or advice to re set Sim Locked  password number of tries  has expired and the phone  is lpcked

    I assume when you say "pin" you mean passcode.  If it's disabled from entering the wrong passcode too many times you'll have to restore it to remove the passcode.  If you have iOS 7 with Find My iPhone enabled, you'll either have to force it into recovery mode to restore it (as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808) or go to icloud.com and use Find My iPhone to erase it.  After doing so, restore your most recent backup.
