Typing chords
In Logic Pro X is there a way to type in the names of chords and have the chord show up in the midi piano roll? I can see that while playing the chord the name appears. Just wondering if there is a way to reverse this.

Hi vinegar man, this is worth a try IMO:

Cheers!

Hi, try to download the AU plugin version:
http://www.thepiz.org/plugins/?p=midiChordAnalyzer
Have a Nice day!
the same thing.I double click to open it and sais try to find a suitable application from the appl store.Try to move it to components but its forbitten.
What You mean iTS forbidden? You should be loged in als the administrator or should at least have the privileges to install stuff on your computer! Isn't the OS asking for your admin pasword?
I achieved to put them in .vst and .components files with the help of icon extractor but still they do not show in logic pro
If you're working in LPX you'll have to install AU plugins, no way around that!
could you help me how to do that with midichords.vst?
Not as long you're using LPX. What's wrong with AU anyways?
Never mind, if you have accses to LP9 or any other sequencer VST capable, Steinberg stuff for instance or Audacity......
Sorry but I can not offer more solutions than the ones mentioned.
Cheers!
