And yet another (but different problem)!

Got my 1st iMac 4 weeks ago, also got an Mybook live that plugs into my network threw my hub!

Had lots of problems but today had a new one!

While fitting a new bathroom floor I had my iMac set to random songs on my mac, all was well for a good 4-5 hours but then late this afternoon while clearing up I heard several songs start to stalk and pause!

Just like someone was hitting the pause button and then play again!

Once it started it was every song.

I stopped the music upstairs on the mac and cam downstairs were I put my Apple TV on and had it playing music but without any problems, I latter played and watched a movie on my Apple TV from my iMac without issue!

What could cause this sort of sound defect?
