Q: Can someone please assist me with my enquiry. i purchased an iphone 4s and it is not working

I just purchased an iphone 4s off ebay and the phone is saying that the original owner has to turn off find my phone. i tried contacting them and they are not responding

There is nothing you can do without the previous owners username and password. You wasted your money
