Time Machine
My Time Machine keeps saying backup failed "backup disk is not in Mac OS Extended Journaled format. I'm using a Seagate portably backup . Any Ideas please
If it's a new disk, use Disk Utilities to set it up properly. The partition map should be GUID and the partition should be formatted in Mac OS Extended Journaled format. Time Machine should be happy with it then.
If the disk isn't new and has worked in the past, use Disk Utility to repair it.
