Q: Help me. Lock icloud

Sister gave me a iphone 4s. She was buying the Czech still normal use, when Vietnam on notice that itunes ios 7.0.4 update has updated her up. There can not activate the icloud account not knowing of the Czech people. Is there any way to assist me activate or delete icloud account not it go?

Apple ID (a ***** @ email.cz)

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required

If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.
