App language on Chinese/Japanese?

Hey

Recently bought an Iphone 5s, and i was very excited to download few apps. Well the problem with that is for example: Dropbox and TuneIn Radio Pro both of them are on Chinese wich makes it pretty useless for me. Living in Finland and my region is set to Finland, the language on the iphone is on Finnish and the app store on Finnish.
