Q: I have never seen the rescue email address i don't know what it is!

Okay so my apple id has asked me to verify my security questions, i made the id so long ago that i can't remember the questions! i was going to send it my my rescue email but i dont know what the email is and i have never seen the email address before! Is there a way that i can get a new rescue email address!? Thanks in advance!

    Not without correctly answering two of the questions. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

     

    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
