Iphone wont connect to itunes.

I am having the biggest problem with itunes and i've searched on forms and have done everything literally. i've uninstalled itunes and reinstalled like Tt2 said to and that didn't work. I did like cerbu said and that didnt work. I've even went so far as to factory reset my computer and still didn't work. Yes i am an administrator of my computer. now for the problem. Itunes works proerly but when i plug up my iphone my computer nor itunes reads it. so i checked my computer for the amd and its there and claims it is install properly. i have done repair aswell. so i went to services and switched the amd to automatic. I've stopped and started it. I've reset it and nothing worked. But when i got to device manager nothing apple related is even there. like it should be. Pleassseee help me.
