My bank account information in iTunes is not working when trying to make purchases on new iPad.
My credit card info in iTunes account is not working after I switched accounts to new iPad Air. I have re-entered info many times and it seems to be okay but when I attempt to make a purchase it doesn't work. I am told to contact iTunes support. I have done everything I can think of. Can you help?
